Workplace Requirements
WHS Act 2011 section 19; WHS regulation Part 3.1 and Part 3.2, Division 11 – Primary duty of care, managing risk to health and safety which includes psychosocial risks. A PCBU must ensure, so far as is reasonable practicable, the health and safety (including psychological health) of workers.
